FRIDAY   August 18^th, 2023 (lunch and early afternoon)

              ACTIVITY:     The CLUB ROOM at THE CLYDE – meet and relax and enjoy the surroundings with lunch and snacks.  A tour of the Clyde Theater is a possibility and a stop at Foster Park weather permitting.

               LOCATION:    The Clyde Clubroom at 1806 Bluffton Road (Quimby Village)

               TIME:              12:00 PM – 2:00 ish PM

               COST:              Each person pays for their own lunch or drinks, etc.  No cost to sit and talk.

FRIDAY   August 18^th, 2023 (Evening)

              ACTIVITY:        TINCAPS BASEBALL GAME 

              LOCATION:      Parkview Field – 1303 Ewing Street.  Lots of marked parking at your cost.  We will

                                        be in The Huntington Picnic Area and it will be “marked” with signage.

               TIME:               6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

                                         Food will be served from 6:05 until 7:30. Cash bars and numerous food vendors.

                                         Available after 7:30 if you so desire.

               COST:               $20/person - includes food, non-alcohol drinks, the game, reserved tables and    

                                         benches, and FIREWORKS

SATURDAY   August 19^th (lunch and early afternoon)

                ACTIVITY:       ELECTRIC WORKS GUIDED TOUR - More info provided later.  This is a total redevelopment project (still underway) with retail, food market, corporate offices, institutional users, and housing.

                LOCATION:     Former General Electric facility on Broadway

                 TIME:              11:00 AM – 2:00 ish

                 COST:              $10.00 / person - A $10 credit card will then be given to each person that can be

                                         used for lunch and other purchases.  

SATURDAY   August 19^th (Evening)

                  ACTIVITY:      COCKTAILS, HORS D’OEUVRES (HOT and COLD), JAZZ, AND OUTDOOR PATIO

                  LOCATION:   Club Soda – Cocktail and supper club

                                          235 E. Superior St./ Downtown near Hall’s Gas House

                                           Maps of parking will be provided.

                    TIME:            6:00 pm – 11:00PM

                    COST:            $25/person with a Cash Bar
